In order to meet the cleanliness requirements of the clean room, there are four requirements need to meet.
● Air supply cleanliness
The key to ensure the cleanliness of the air supply is the performance and installation of the final filter of the clean room system.
● Air flow organization
The airflow organization of the clean room is different from the general air – conditioned room, which requires the cleanest air to the operating site, which is to limit and reduce pollution to the processed.
● Air supply volume or Air supply speed
Sufficient ventilation volume is to dilute and eliminate indoor air pollution, according to the different cleanliness requirements, when the clean room net height is high, the number of air changes is appropriately increased
● Static pressure difference
Maintaining a certain positive pressure is essential to ensure that the clean room is free or less polluted, in order to maintain the design cleanliness level. Even the negative pressure clean room, it must have an adjacent room or suites no lower than its cleanliness level, the cleanliness of the negative pressure clean room to maintain.
