In order to make sure that the clean room was well meet the design requirements, before deliver the clean room project to user, construction unit should be arrange test the whole system, including below:
●Detection of the cleanliness for a clean room facility. The biological clean room shall be tested for floating bacteria and settlement bacteria.
●Air volume or wind speed test. One-way flow clean room: the air supply volume is determined by the average air speed of chamber section, and the cross section of the measuring point at about 150mm ~ 300mm, vertical outlet of the efficient filter as the sampling cross section. The interval between measuring points on the section should not be greater than 0.6m, and not be less than 4 points, and the arithmetic average of all readings is regarded as the average wind speed.
Non-one-way flow clean room: using air outlet or air duct method, which can be implemented according to the current national standard Code for Construction Quality Acceptance of Ventilation and Air Conditioning Engineering.
●Static differential pressure test. The determination of static pressure difference shall be carried out after the wind speed, air volume and air uniformity of the clean room (area) are qualified and shall be tested when all doors are closed. Various micro differential pressure gauge shall be used and instrument sensitivity shall be less than 1.0Pa.
●Filter leak detection test is installed. Leak detection method include photometry and particle counter. Test aerosols shall be introduced on the upper side of the filter, placed at 2cm~3cm with a photometer or equivalent dynamic sampling head of the particle counter from the filter surface, moving at a scanning speed of 5mm/s~15mm/s and pay attention to the scan at the installation junction.
●Contightness and tightness test. It shall be used to confirm whether contaminated air leaks from the adjacent clean room (area) or non-clean room (area) through ceiling, partition surfaces, doors, windows, etc. Generally suitable for clean rooms (zones) from grades 1 to 5 for testing. The test was performed by photometry and particle counter methods.
