The clean room is a space with a special purification system that can remove and filter the dust particles generated by the human body and machinery, and the control of the dust particles, temperature, humidity and air pressure should meet the required requirements.
It mainly has the following functions:

●Prevent dust particles; unified supply and distribution of air,
●Temperature and humidity control,
●Indoor air pressure adjustment,
●And exhaust gas exclusion.
Normally, the temperature will control with 20℃- 24℃, and the reality humidity shall control with 55%- 65%.
A certain amount of fresh air shall be maintained in the clean room to maintain indoor positive pressure requirements and fresh air of personnel. The static pressure difference between the clean room and the outdoor shall not be less than 10Pa, between clean areas and between the clean area and non-clean areas shall not be less than 5Pa.
Dynamic test shall not exceed 75dB (A), and the noise control design shall not affect the purification conditions of the clean room.
