The wall partition structure is an important part for a whole clean room project. Below are the main attentions before prefabricate a clean room wall partition.
· Before the construction of the wall works, the following acceptance and handover shall be carried out.
a. Installation of pipelines and facilities related to wall engineering for a clean room project.
b. Fire-proof, anti-corrosion, anti-dust and anti-mildew treatment of keel, embedded parts etc.
· The following documents and records shall be checked for acceptance of wall works for a clean room project.
a. Detailed construction drawings, design and construction instructions and relevant product certificates, performance inspection reports and entry acceptance records, etc.
b. Acceptance record of concealed works.
c. Construction records.
· The metal wall plate should be carefully laid out according to the construction drawing before installation. The corner should be handed over vertically to prevent the wall from tilting and twisting, and the vertical deviation of the wall should not be greater than 0.15%.
· Wall panel joint clearance should be consistent, each panel seam gap error should not be greater than 0.5 mm, and should be in the positive pressure surface with sealant evenly sealed, sealant should be flat, smooth, slightly lower than the plate surface, no discontinuity, impurities.
· The electrical junction box, control panel and various openings at the crossing of the pipeline on the wall panel shall be in the correct position, neat edge, tight, clean, no dust production, and should be plugged with non-combustible or burning material.
· The reserved openings for installing doors and windows shall conform to the design requirements and shall be flat, tight, clean and free from dust production.
· The partition plate shall be firmly installed, and the position, quantity, specification, connection method and anti-static method of the embedded parts and connectors shall conform to the design requirements.
· The wall plate should be installed vertically, flat and in the correct position, and the joint with the ceiling plate and the relevant wall plate should be taken to prevent cracking; the joint should be sealed. Round corners should be used.
· The surface of the wall should be flat, smooth and uniform in color, and the mask of the metal wall should be intact (before tearing the film).
